Dr. Langley McClay is an experienced educator, researcher, and former school leader with a demonstrated history in the education and professional learning industry as well as in diversity and inclusion. Langley is skilled in research associated with organizational systems, experiences, secondary & post-secondary partnerships, transitions, socialization practices, leadership preparation and work-role experiences. Mastery in mixed methods research practices such as survey research, case studies, narrative inquiry and ethnographies (specializing in focus groups, one-on-one interviews, field study observations, and article analysis).
